Racing Drivers Wanted

Philip Gough (pictured with French F1 legend Rene Arnoux) the 2015 MG Metro Cup Champion, will be back in action in 2018 - and YOU could be sharing the car.

Philip is offering the chance for two people to join his new team in the Citroen C1 Challenge. The C1 Challenge is a new entry level endurance series of identical race-prepared Citroen C1 cars. There will be a number of four hour races in the UK, then a season finale at one of the most famous circuits of all - Spa Francorchamps.

Interested? We thought so. So here it is, we are looking to take two people and train them up to be fast, smooth and safe racing drivers. Training will include circuit tuition, simulator training, mental skills coaching, fitness and pit stop/race strategy. We will then have you put through the MotorSport Association licence practical and theory test to obtain your National B race licence. THEN well get you kitted out in your own racewear! The goal? You will race in the C1 24hr race at Spa Francorchamps.

Tapping into in excess of 40 years of knowledge, we will cover everything you need to know to be successful and have the time of your life! Philip Gough is not only a proven championship driver in his own right, he previously managed his own championship winning European kart team - training drivers from complete novice to race winners. He was also a simulator coach to professional drivers and part of the coaching staff on GT Academy. Now he works as an MSA ARDS accredited driver coach.

So what are you waiting for? This is a fantastic opportunity to receive world class coaching in all relevant areas to be a successful racing driver - from the very beginning - then put it into practice in the driving seat. Sure, were looking for sponsors to help with funding too - but why not drive the car as well, and really be part of the team?

The only criteria are that you are 18 or over, eligible to obtain your race licence, pass the medical and have the time and financial budget to commit to the full season with us.
