Warwick Road Development

A development of 110 houses is proposed for 5.2 hectares of greenfield land south east of Warwick Road, Kibworth Beauchamp. The proposed development comprises 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 bed properties, including houses, bungalows and apartments, 65% for Private sale and 35% Affordable dwellings.


There will be a single point of vehicular access from Warwick Road but the principal access through the site will allow for possible future connectivity to Fleckney Road and the centre of Kibworth. A footpath to the east of the site will provide pedestrian access via Melbourne Close into the village centre, but this is yet to be agreed by the Parish.


The site is adjacent to 16/00166/OUT, ‘land north of Fleckney Road, Kibworth Beauchamp’, which has outline planning permission for up to 195 dwellings.
