Vitality Westminster 10k

While the likes of Mo Farah and Jonathon Brownlee were blasting round in under 30 minutes, our Club acquitted themselves well in warm conditions. Almost 20,000 runners set off from The Mall, with Graham Pickering our first back in a time of 51:38, with Jo Raine (61:14), Dan Pedley (65:25), Natalie Gray (67:01) and Clare Tector (73:15) completing the placings.

Market Harborough Festival of Running

Runners turned out in miserable conditions for the 10k and Half Marathon events.  Lorna Muskett put in a superb performance to finish as second female in the 10k event securing a top 50 spot in a field of almost 400 runners, as well as first place in her age/gender category.

It’s not all about racing.

Don’t feel as if you need to sign up for marathons or compete in Races. These are enjoyable but many of our members join us to run socially and keep fit. Our routes are around the lovely countryside of our villages, and at least once a month we organise a pub run and enjoy an after run drink and snack.
