Leicestershire Wildlife Hospital appears on National Television
BBC Autumnwatch
On Thursday 27th October the Leicestershire Wildlife Hospital in Kibworth featured in an episode of the BBC TV programme ‘Autumnwatch’.
We were truly humbled to be asked to help ‘Autumnwatch’ and BBC’s ‘Children in Need’.
Two young children with cancer came to visit us and helped us with our many hedgehog casualties for the day. Whilst here they also enjoyed bird-watching and seeing some of our other patients in our care. We were only too pleased to bring these children and their family a smile and happy memories. The programme is still available on BBC iPlayer.
