Have your say on Harborough District Council support during lockdown
Residents and businesses in the Harborough district are being asked about their experiences of support from the Council during the national coronavirus lockdown.
In March 2020, the Government closed schools, shops, businesses and other venues and asked the public to stay at home as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, with certain restrictions starting to ease from June 2020.
Readers are encouraged to respond to the Harborough District Council survey, including answering questions about the Harborough District Community Hub which provided practical assistance to vulnerable residents, what they felt about the business support available, and what their main concerns are about returning to the district’s town centres.
The survey, which is completed anonymously, will provide information to help the Council improve its understanding of how people have been accessing information and services during this time, and what they think of the Council’s response to the crisis.
This will help inform a review of how council services can improve future communication with residents and businesses, and continue to provide effective support across the whole of the Harborough district.
