‘Pink Shop’ has Successful Grand Opening
The ‘pink shop’ re-opened its doors, on Saturday 30 September, now an Interior and Architectural Design shop named ‘Interiors by Lloyd Harden Design’.
The shop will be run by husband-and-wife team, Lloyd and Laura Harden, and we were truly overwhelmed by the support and positivity that we received from the villagers. We are so happy to be a part of this community!
At the Grand Opening, we were joined by Lloyd’s elderly Grandad Ken who, at 95 years old, requested to officially open the shop. After saying a few words, and wishing us all the luck in the world, Grandad Ken cut the ribbon and declared us ‘open for business!’
The shop was buzzing with excitement and the first of many prosecco corks was popped. We had personalised cupcakes, sweets for the kids and hot and cold drinks.
As well as our friends and family, we were also joined by some fantastic local suppliers who were so pleased to see their creations on display.
This new venture is really a chance for us, as designers, to demonstrate the types of products and suppliers that we tend to specify for our interior design projects. Also, it provides our clients with a comfortable, luxurious and inspirational space within which to have consultations and meetings about their ongoing projects.
At the shop you will be able to pop in and have a browse of our products available for purchase, from candles and cushions to diffusers and sofas! You’ll also be able to pop in and book an Architectural consultation with Lloyd, or Interior Design with Laura.
What we really hope to achieve here is to change the belief around interior design, where many people think that it’s only for rich homeowners. However, we think that everyone deserves to have the home of their dreams and we know that even small changes can make a house a home.
Come and see us at 3 Station Street, have a coffee and a chat about your home, and find out how we can help. Our styling packages start at just £95 per room.
