Visiting the Space Centre

Kibworth CE Primary School visit the Space Centre

Year 5 have had an amazing half term learning all about Space. They have completed lots of exciting learning and even went on a school trip to visit the Space Centre. Their favourite part was the rocket tower because you could see and learn about the Blue Streak and Thor Able rockets.

They also enjoyed the Planetarium where the children watched a show all about Space Exploration. Everyone who went had a fantastic day, and the children did a brilliant job of representing Kibworth CE Primary School! Year 5 have also written some captivating newspaper reports about Aristotle’s theories proposing that the Earth is spherical.
