WOW! What a night on October 2.The ‘Fourmasons’ at the Kings Head pub in Smeeton Westerby were superb. No one dropped a note.
Lee Allatson’s play on drums was sensitive and he supported the other players like no one else I’ve ever witnessed. Ryan West on saxophone was something else. Fino Lopes on bass was great, and the guest player Mike Sole on piano was fantastic.
We are extremely blessed to have this in our village on the first Wednesday of the month.
The next Jazz Club at The Kings Heads in Smeeton Westerby, Leicestershire is November at 8.00pm.
