We have revised the Kibworth Community Walk.

This event ran for many years until the late 90s, as the scouts sponsored walk where young people would challenge themselves to walk one of three distances collecting sponsorship.

Now it’s back and open to everyone, with a new name, new routes and aided by modern technology.

Entry cost £2 per person (collected on the day) – further donations are gratefully received.

The route and times are as follows

2.8 miles (for young children) starts at 12noon

6 mile walk starts at 10.30am

10 mile walk starts at 8.30am

15 mile walk – a Challenging distance – starts at 7am.

When applying you will need to say what distance you intend to walk.
