Dear Editor – KCH trustees resigns – Feb ’25
Kibworth Community Hub trustees
We would like to thank you for the article in the December issue of the Kibworth & District Chronicle celebrating our plans for Kibworth Community Hub and announcing the new team of trustees. We all arrived at this community project with great positivity and hope.
Following discussions with Cllr Andrew Munro, Chair of Kibworth Beauchamp Parish Council, we, as a group of trustees, have made the difficult decision to resign from our positions with immediate effect. This decision is driven by fundamental differences in vision. We stand by the positive work we have done and the values we have upheld.
We are very grateful for the community’s incredible support and for the success of the Kibworth Art Fair, The Welcome Kitchen, and the fundraising events we created, towards the end of 2024, to support a stronger financial future for the Kibworth Community Hub.
We would like to wish Cllr Andrew Munro, every success with his vision.
