Cricket practice net re-opens at Kibworth
A cricket practice net re-opens from the 18th May 2020 at Kibworth Cricket Club. The Club has announced one net will be opened for practise sessions.
This follows the latest announcement from the Government regard the Corona Virus, and with further information provided by the English Cricket Board.
A strict booking system will be in place, and all guidance published on the Kibworth Cricket Club’s website must be followed.
Opening Times
From Monday 18th May, the cricket practice net re-opens and will be available for booking:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 10am – 3pm
- Wednesday 3pm till dusk
- Sessions can be booked for 90minutes
- There is a 15 minute break between session
- Contact Steve Pollard 07748 650 827 to book your slot
Play Suspended
Like all Cricket Clubs across the UK, no games or practice sessions have taken place observing the strict guidance from the UK Government to curb the spread of the Corona Virus.
The Club’s teams include Seniors, Ladies, Junior and Mini XI’s. Like all sporting associations, the Club is reviewing the fixtures calendar and exploring all options for playing a full season. The Club recently opened its online shop offering free post and packaging on orders.
