Running Club – Couch to 5k
Fleckney and Kibworth Running Club is offering a nine week ‘Couch to 5k’ course.
This popular course is aimed at absolute beginners or anyone looking to get back into running. We are a welcoming and friendly club with experienced run leaders to help you achieve your goals

The course started on Thursday 13 January but you can still join!
Meet at Kibworth Methodist Church Hall, School Road, Kibworth. LE8 0HS at 6.30pm. (Free parking available at the Grammar School Hall Car Park). Cost is just £10 for the 9 week course
Many of our previous ‘Couch to 5k’ runners graduate at the end of the course by attending Market Harborough parkrun and also join the club on our regular Tuesday and Thursday Club Nights.
More than just a local running club, our members enjoy taking part in events of all distances around the county and beyond, as well as regular club running and social events
