Kibworth Methodist Church Refurbishment
It’s been a busy summer down at the Kibworth Methodist Church. Our lovely old chapel was in need of some urgent improvements. Taking advantage of the pre-school holiday we have had underfloor heating fitted in the chapel and schoolroom as well as a new boiler and radiators elsewhere.
While worshippers temporarily moved to The Well (thank you Well Trustees) we spent many hours ripping up carpets and demolishing internal structures ready for the heating to be fitted.
This is just the start of a bold project to make our building ‘Fit for the Future’. Watch out for fundraising events over the coming year.
While we meet together to worship God in our building we also believe it’s a place for the whole community to use and enjoy. We invite everyone of any faith or none to check us out, join in activities or just come for a look around.
