June Update from the Fleckney Village Cricket Club

At this point of the summer we would normally be in the busy point of our season but as we all know, this is anything but normal. We are hopeful that some sort of Cricket will take place in Fleckney in 2020. We await guidance from the Leicestershire and Rutland League along with updates from the ECB as to what that looks like.
So what is this update? It’s a call to anyone in the local area who wants to get involved with Cricket to get in touch and come on board and join a friendly, local community club.
Once we get the green light from the ECB, we will look to resume the following:
- Two Competitive Saturday Teams
- One Sunday Friendly Team
- One Midweek Friendly Team
- ECB All Stars (Boys and Girls five to eight year olds)
- ECB Dynamo’s Cricket (Boys and Girls eight to 11 year olds)
- Walking Cricket – aimed at 65yrs and older
- Free Training Sessions with Professional Coaching (Summer)
