Hello, I’m Charlie a Kibworth based independent, self-employed estate agent in partnership with Oliver Rayns covering South Leicestershire. Apart from spells working in London and New York I have grown up and lived most of my life in South Leicestershire, Kibworth for the last seven years and I have been helping homeowners achieve their property related goals across the area for over 19 years, predominantly dealing with town and country homes.
How modern buyers find their homes.
During this time I have paid close attention to how the digital era and technology has evolved and how this has changed the way modern buyers search for their homes. I use this insight combined with professionally trained photography skills to ensure my clients’ homes attract, engage and entice buyers across multiple channels including social media to boost the chances of a positive outcome. Indeed, many clients have achieved successful results having previously been on the market with little response or joy. In essence, my approach to the business of attracting buyers for homes is as a digital marketer firstly, estate agent second.
A journey of mixed emotions.
The decision to sell a property can be for the happiest and also saddest of reasons, so, for me it is a huge privilege to share these journeys with my clients when selling their most treasured asset – their home.
