News from Smeeton Westerby
Christmas is fast approaching and so is our Christmas Fayre! It’s to be held on Saturday 27 November at 2 – 4.30pm in Smeeton Westerby Village Hall.
Father Christmas will be taking time out of his busy schedule to come and visit us. He will be meeting the children in his Grotto. There will also be stalls to entertain you including Tropics, Christmas Crafts, Zara Candles, Body Shop, Jo’s Jewelry and Toys. We also have tombola, raffle, mulled wine and mince pies, teas, coffee and cake. I am sure you will agree that there will be something for everyone.
If anyone can offer tombola or raffle prizes, new/nearly new toys, games or soft toys, these will be most gratefully received. Please either leave them in Nicola Hopkinson’s porch, The Elms, 18, Main Street, Smeeton or ring Janet on (0116) 2792810 to arrange to have them collected.
