Kibworth duo qualify for World Championships

Adam Fowler and Lou Grimmett of Kibworth and Tur Langton have qualified for the functional fitness World Championships in Las Vegas next May.
The pair are both coaches at the Fitness Box in Tur Langton. They competed at the NEC in October in the Hyrox functional fitness championships.
Adam and Lou took on competitors from all over Europe. They managed to secure a second place finish and in turn qualified for the World Championships.
The pair along with other members of the Fitness Box completed a rigorous training regime in order to compete at the Hyrox championships. They will continue their training throughout the winter in order to take on the world’s best next year.
