Celebrating The Queen’s Jubilee
The Railway Arms are arranging a three-day celebration that is being organised by Sam Shields, Jeff Pearce, and Derek Ward, with all proceeds going directly to GEMS Charity.
They are planning to have three great family days with various craft stalls, plants sales, bouncy castle, large tombola stall, face painting, BBQ and much more – details of which will follow in the next couple of months.
If you would like to have a stall for one, two or all three days please contact Jeff Pearce at. Jeff62@hotmail.com or ring 07874 226051, he will be delighted to hear from you.
GEMS is running the tombola stall so if you have any unwanted Christmas presents or small new items that might be suitable, we could arrange to pick them up at your convenience or you could drop them off at The Railway during opening times. This is going to be 3 fun packed days, look out for more details in the next issues of the Kibworth & District Chronicle.
We would also like to thank the Coach and Horses, Kings Head and The Railway Arms for raising nearly £600 by raffling Christmas hampers and selling Christmas puddings.
All three are great supporters of our charity.
