Kickstart the New Year with Kibworth Bootcamp group training sessions. Get fitter, faster, stronger alongside other group members within our fitness community.
Classes run on Tuesdays 6.30-7.30pm at Kibworth Bowls Club (Indoor) and Saturday’s 9.00-10am at Kibworth Scout & Guide Headquarters (Indoor).
Classes focus on Strength and Conditioning as well as Boxing and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). All fitness levels are welcome. This is the perfect opportunity to start the year with a positive mindset and on the right track to achieve your goals.
