Get to know your neighbours
At Kilby
On Sunday 18 December Kilby neighbours and friends met for Christmas drinks at the home of Iain and Denise Bell. This annual event, now in its tenth year, was a ‘thank you’ to everyone who has supported ‘Get to Know your Neighbours’ in the past year.
The charity we chose at this event was Leicestershire Wildlife Fund and £176 was raised through a raffle and a ‘Guess the weight of the Christmas cake’ the lucky winner of the Christmas cake was Peter Parsons.
Thanks go to everyone who has helped us raise money for charity this year.
