Main Street Theatre Company & Kibworth Theatre Company – March 2023
By the time you read this, we will be into our final few rehearsals for A Bunch of Amateurs by Ian Hislop and Nick Newman which will take to the stage on 30/31 March and 1 April.
Tickets are selling well, particularly for the Friday and Saturday night. You will not want to miss this delightful comedy, so if you haven’t booked a place, you need to act quickly.
Tickets are for sale at Kibworth DIY priced £8 (Stuart will also be happy to sell you one of fine baskets too) or via ticketsource.co.uk/Kibworth-theatre-company. Due to a misunderstanding, the previous edition of Kibworth Chronicle stated that tickets would be available from the post office. Unfortunately, they were unable to facilitate this and we would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
The two groups also recently performed a very well received Murder Mystery at Smeeton Westerby and Tur Langton, in fact there have even been requests for it to be performed elsewhere.
Thoughts are already turning to what the two groups will do next and we are in the very early stages of planning a family show in time for Christmas. More information will be forthcoming in the next couple of months.
