Harborough Singers Celebrity Xmas Concert 9th December
Holby City Duo to Star
Bob Barrett and Rosie Marcel will star in the Harborough Singers traditional Celebrity Christmas Concert this year. Both appeared in the long running medical drama ‘Holby City’. Bob played Sacha Levy, famous for his snazzy shirts. Rosie was the formidable, flame-haired heart surgeon, Jac Naylor.
“The pair are good friends both on screen and off,” said choir member Howard Unna. Howard managed to secure the popular Holby duo with the help of previous celebrity guest Simon Slater. “They are very used to working together and should make a brilliant and entertaining double act.”
Not that they will be alone. The Singers’ traditional concert is very much a team event. Known for its sensational roof-raising choir and audience carols. Its exquisitely beautiful singers-only moments, and celebrity readings that can veer from thought provoking to downright hysterical in a moment. The Musical Director is Charlie Penn and the accompanist Andrew King.

The Concert will take place on Saturday 9 December at 7:30pm in St Dionysius Church, Market Harborough, LE16 7NB.
