The Langton Arms Reopens
‘The Langton Arms’, a beloved local pub in Church Langton, has raised a glass to its grand reopening on Saturday 24 August after a transformative refurbishment. Led by General Manager David Phillips, the pub has undergone a significant upgrade, creating a vibrant and welcoming space for the entire community.
“We’re thrilled to unveil the new Langton Arms,” says David Phillips. “This pub holds a special place in the hearts of many in Church Langton, and we wanted to ensure it continues to be a cornerstone of the community, offering a fantastic place to gather, relax, and enjoy delicious food and drinks.”
A Garden Oasis Awaits
The refurbishment’s highlight is the extensive garden overhaul. A stylish, all-weather dining pergola allows guests to enjoy the outdoors year-round. Instagram-worthy backdrops provide the perfect setting for capturing those special moments. Food lovers can indulge their cravings at the new BBQ kitchen and bar, perfect for summer evenings.
Steak Lovers Rejoice!
‘The Langton Arms’ has a new claim to fame: steaks! Their state-of-the-art meat curing fridge ensures exceptional quality. To celebrate their new focus, Mondays are designated Steak Night, offering a tempting 25% discount on all steaks.
Celebrating Community
The team at ‘The Langton Arms’ are committed to fostering a strong sense of community. The reopening was not just an unveiling, but a celebration with the entire parish. Local residents, along with their friends and families, came together for the annual ‘LA Fest’: a family-friendly event featuring local stalls, live music and a chance to experience the pub’s fresh look. Profits from the event were proudly donated to the Leicestershire Wildlife Hospital.
‘The Langton Arms’ is owned by RedCat Pub Company Limited who own some forty plus pubs throughout Britain.
