I have known the Kibworth Chronicle my whole life. I grew up in Kibworth and now live here with my own family. My Mum was Editor of the Chronicle for years so it has always been a part of my life. Mum has now long retired from that role I was persuaded to get involved by another volunteer on the team. I am an Ecommerce Manager for a local company, The Kid Collective Ltd. I have worked in the digital space for many years, so I felt my skills were best put to use in the Chronicle online team. I now manage the images for the Chronicle website, post 10 – 20 articles a month and keep the digital ‘Noticeboard’ up to date with local events. We’re a small team and would love to have more members. You don’t need to have digital experience to volunteer for the online team. The posting process is quite simple once you know how, so why not give it a go!.
