Fleckney Spinners Table Tennis Club

The Spinners are offering free sessions every Monday night over Christmas, including on 23 and 30 December. For these two dates booking is essential otherwise these sessions will be cancelled as we have to cover our costs.

Our two Junior League teams will be at Leicester Grammar School for their second outing on 7 December. Some of our members will be taking part in the Leicestershire Schools County Individual Championships there on 14 December and 25 January.

We have three teams entered in the Rose Johnson Team Handicap on 16 December at Knighton Park TT Club. The Phil Reid Memorial Trophy (a singles handicapped tournament) is being held over the Christmas period and we will be well represented in that contest too. Age seems no barrier when it comes to
table tennis. At one of our matches, the opponents had a total age of 244 (85, 80 and 79 plus 364 days!).
