After nearly thirty years (twenty nine years and ten months to be exact), Anne Charlton is hanging up her bar towel for the last time at The Kings Head, Smeeton Westerby.

Winning European Photography Studio of the Year is a significant achievement for any photography business. It recognises excellence in a highly competitive industry. This highly commended accolade was awarded to a local studio based in Kibworth - Stu Williamson Photography

Once again we are looking forward to welcoming you into the calving and lambing sheds at our annual open day. It's on Saturday 25 March at Binleys Bridge Farm, Debdale Lane, Smeeton Westerby, LE8 0QD.  Come down to the farm between 11am – 5pm to see the cows calving and sheep lambing.  We will hopefully have some pigs for you to see too.

Charlotte (aged 8) has been coming to flute lessons for two years. She began on a tiny flute with a curved head to help her reach the keys comfortably. Fast forward to today and Charlotte can play more than fifteen classical and folk tunes fluently by ear with a beautiful sound.
