Kibworth Grammar School Hall is located in the heart of our community, and aims to provide a fantastic service to all. The hall is currently the venue of choice for local societies, clubs, fitness class, and birthday parties. The Hall can also host wedding receptions!

The original plan was formally made by Harborough District Council in 2018. Since then there has been new planning guidance issued and updates to both the Harborough Local Plan and to the National Planning Policy Framework. Significant additional powers are now granted to neighbourhood plans that allocate sites for housing to meet its local target as set by Harborough DC. The parish council is proposing changes to the Neighbourhood Plan to take advantage of these new powers. This will also help protect more sensitive areas across the parish from inappropriate development.

This week the children of the Kibworth Village Hall Playgroup have really enjoyed learning all about dentists and good dental hygiene. With help from ODental Clinic in Kibworth, we created a dentist’s tray with lots of models, teeth to clean, and demonstrations for all our children.

My name is Kevin Espin and I am the Crew Manager at Kibworth Fire Station and also Central Fire Station in Leicester. I joined the fire service in 2008 and joined the on-call section at Kibworth in 2020. Having moved to the Kibworth area and only knowing a few people the station has provided me with a great way to meet other people in the area. The fire service really is one big family.
