County Councillor for Gartree - April 2024

Following a large response to the previous consultation, the county council have decided to keep the Market Harborough and Shepshed sites open. However, savings still need to be made so people can have their say on some new proposals.

The County Council, working with partners through the Local Resilience Forum, responded to a number of impacts caused by Storms Henk, Isha and Jocelyn. We are all now actively participating in recovery work.

The parish council’s last meeting in 2023 was held on 7 December in the Studio at the Kibworth Community Hub.
