Last week data from the Department of Education showed that the proportion of 16-year-olds who are NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) is at its highest level since 2012.

It has been a busy few weeks at Leicester High with the examination season in full swing. GCSE and A-Level examinations have already taken place for many subjects and will continue until the end of June.

What an amazing day World Book day was!  We had a very creative array of costumes to celebrate our favourite book characters. Here is what we got up to:

Over the last few months we have been pleased to recruit some new trustees to Kibworth Grammar School Hall. We would like to welcome Caroline Pitcher who will represent Kibworth Harcourt Parish Council. We would also like to welcome Amanda Bland, representing Kibworth Beauchamp and David Brierley who represents Smeeton Westerby PC. It is a long time since each of the parish councils have been represented at KGSH. We are grateful to the respective councils for their nominations.

On Thursday 4 November Kibworth CE Primary School is hosting Virtual Live Open Sessions at 4pm and 6pm for new starters for the Early Years Foundation Stage for 2022.

It has been a brilliant return to Kibworth CE Primary school. Staff have worked really hard to put in place new measures to help us return to an environment where we are able to put learning first again.
