A charity event for Rainbows and our local Air Ambulance service.

It has been a somewhat disappointing summer for the band. Gone are the days of council sponsored summer Sunday band concerts in local parks. Following wonderful tribute nights to Rod Stewart, Freddie Mercury and Cher, this year’s tribute will be to ABBA.

The Market Harborough Historical Society Presents:

Burton Overy Dancers started its new, exciting programme on Wednesday 16 September. Our folk dance club enjoys a wide range of dance styles - English Country, Assembly Room (Playford), American Square & Contra. Think anything ranging from a Jane Austen Regency dance to a jolly jig.

After the sell-out success of The Vox Beatles at The Coplow Centre in January, you might be wondering what we have planned next.

Rumour has it that there is MURDER in the air down at Last Minute Theatre.

A joyful town collaboration between Brass - Harborough Band - and Voice - the Harborough Singers. A concert of two halves, separately showcasing the band and choir, plus some joint surprises!

A Macmillan Coffee Morning is to take place on Saturday 26 September between 10am-2pm at Mowsley Village Hall, Main Street Mowsley, Lutterworth LE17 6NT. There will be a cake stall, tombola, hand- crafted wooden items, 3D printed items, hand-painted cards and prints, bring and buy, raffle and games.

Interest in tickets for the inaugural September event has overwhelmed organisers of the Market Harborough Literary Festival.

St Wilfrid's Church September 2026 news includes a Benefice Service For All on Sunday 30 August, and we were delighted to welcome Revd David Newman, previously Archdeacon of Loughborough and Warden at Launde Abbey, to preach and officiate.
