Citizens of Kibworth did you hear St Wilfrid’s church bells being rung on Saturday 10 June for an hour between 4.10 and 5.10pm? We are sure many of you thought there was a wedding on that sunny afternoon. Well you would be wrong. In fact it was The Whiting Society of Ringers- a belting group who had arranged to come to Kibworth to ring the changes of the bells of St Wilfrid’s church. A wonderfully British, but essentially English sound.
