GEMS Charity celebrates our 10^th anniversary this year. To mark the occasion we have lots of exciting things planned throughout the year, supported by local businesses and the community.

At this terrible time of war and destruction, our thoughts, gifts and prayers are with people suffering because of the appalling conflict in Ukraine and the implications for the Russian people, many of whom are struggling and facing terrible loss as well.

As I write this, the sun is streaming through the window.  Do we dare hope that spring has sprung? The daffodils are out in the garden at our café and, hopefully, it’ll be warm enough soon for customers to make use of our outdoor area when they visit us.
